The items on the menu have special names that were created by Nusret Gökçe, the founder himself, such as "Lokum" (Turkish delight) or "Kafes" (cage) for the ribs. Served on wood, the meat is always perfectly-cooked and mouth-watering. To finish off, the baklava is served in a pan and stuffed with vanilla ice cream.
